How your order reaches you, and what to do if it is not right.
Delivery options
Standard — 5 to 7 business days. Free on orders over $500, otherwise included at no charge.
Express — 2 to 3 business days, $25.
Overnight — next business day when ordered before 2pm, $45.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It also appears on the order page in your account.
Returns
Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
Limited-run and personalised pieces are final sale. This is stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.
Repairs
We repair our own stitching and hardware free, for life, regardless of who bought the piece originally. Email repairs@bagonsales.shop with a photo.
